NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY IS ONLY BY BUSINESS POST. IF THE POSTAGE STATES 'ROYAL MAIL' BUT YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ORDER MORE URGENTLY - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SELECT 'BUSINESS POST' IN THE DROP DOWN BOX IN THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING SECTION.
Parcels weighing below 1.5kg are despatched by 1st class Royal Mail. Royal Mail state that 1st class can take up to 5 days to deliver! If you wish to upgrade your parcel to next day carrier – please select ‘Business Post’ from the drop down box in Shipping and Handling section – after you have entered your Invoice Address.
Postage is calculated by the weight and postcode of your parcel.
As a guide for mainland UK –
Up to 200g - £2.50
200g – 1.5kg - £3.95
1.5kg – 20kg - £7.95
Postage rates are calculated automatically after you have selected the first letter(s) of your delivery postcode from the drop down box. After you have clicked the ‘Next’ button – the shipping charge will show in the shopping cart.
MOST IMPORTANT
If you are unable to take delivery of your parcel when it arrives - the driver will take it away unless you have authorised The Craft Co to leave it in a safe place. Please use the 'Special Instructions' box - which is after the 'Invoice Addres' box - to enter a safe place where the parcel can be left in case you are not in e.g. Under the carport, in the greenhouse, with a neighbour.
Also consider having the parcel sent to your workplace. You will need to enter a separate delivery address for this. Tick the box just below the drop down Postcode box and another address form will appear in checkout process.
