Edible Diamonds

Our stunning collection of edible diamonds will add some extra glitz and glamour to your cake creations. Edible diamonds are used in celebration cakes, wedding cakes, anniversary cakes and birthday cakes. Using coloured edible diamonds in anniversary cakes are ideal for a ruby wedding (using red diamonds). It is best to use tweezers when handling edible diamonds - this stops them getting sticky prior to placing on your cake. Please also note that edible diamonds should be used on sugarpaste, not on buttercream surfaces. For best effects, leave decorating your cake with edible diamonds until the last minute.
