Cake slicing/levelling knife
This 19” bladed knife comes totally protected in its own packaging, and will slice up to a 16” cake. It has a stainless steel blade with a black polypropylene handle.
To use
After baking your cake, leave in tin to cool slightly, then use knife to slice off cake top if domed!
Before filling the cake, if you want a good straight cut through the centre, use a pile of old drums (or anything else suitable!) to place inside the tin to support the cake, lift the cake on top and cut through the centre using the tin as a guide to achieve a perfectly straight line.
A ‘must’ for any busy baker!
