Smoothers & Side Scrapers
Smoothers are ideal for removing any imperfections in cakes covered in sugar paste or marzipan to produce a beautifully polished, professional-looking finish. The integrated handle makes smoothers easy to hold and use so that they simply flow over the surface. Plastic or stainless steel side scrapers are available with plain or patterned edges. Scrapers are used to smooth the sides of cakes coated with royal icing or buttercream or to add texture or a pattern, depending which one you choose
