Marzipan

Marzipan is an almond paste that is mostly used as a layer underneath icing to decorate rich fruit cakes such as wedding cakes. We offer best quality 'white' marzipan in a choice of three different sized packs to meet your needs. As well as rolling it out to cover a cake, marzipan can also be used to make small figures or decorations.
