Modelling Paste

Sugar dough modelling paste is used for cake decorating and sugar modelling. It is ideal for all modelled figures where you want the piece to hold its shape and dry quickly, yet still remain soft enough to eat. In addition to a wide variety of sugar dough paste, we also offer cocoform which is made from high quality Belgian couverture and glucose. This can be mixed with sugar paste for covering or used as it is for modelling.
