I received my order from you today, after putting in the order only yesterday! Over the past year I've tried many websites for ordering my cake decorating equipment and supplies, but I always end up coming back to The Craft Company. Your service is fast and reliable and I know I can count on you to get my order right and deliver it on time every time. Normally I only write emails to companies to complain, I've had some shocking experiences recently with other websites that delivered the wrong items and/or were late, so I am just so impressed with your consistently good service I had to write to you to say THANK YOU!
