Our extensive range of moulds by Karen Davies are the perfect way to create your own decorations for cakes and bakes. Each mould in the range is handmade in the UK and includes full instructions advising how much paste to apply and which colours to use.
Each of these handy moulds are made from high quality silicone, ensuring they will not get damaged through regular use. They’re designed to be easy for beginners to use and adaptable for more experienced cake decorators to adapt to their own designs. Once completed, your decoration can be further personalised by using food colouring powders and lustre dusts.
The moulds can be used with sugar paste, gum paste, chocolate, cookies, Isomalt, fudge, sweets - in fact, you could pretty much use them with almost anything edible!
To use, simply press your paste into the mould, ensuring it doesn’t go over the edge of the mould, and flatten the back. Any excess on the back may be taken out using a knife carefully from the centre to the outside – easy as that!
