You Will Need

250g Icing Sugar

125g Margarine/Butter

Optional Extras:

Cocoa Powder

Flavourings

Colourings

Step 1

Beat the margarine until smooth and then sieve the icing sugar into the bowl in intervals beating the sugar and margarine together each time.

Step 2

Once you have added all of the icing sugar you can then add your desired flavouring, (We love adding a simple vanilla flavouring to our buttercream) Or your chosen colouring to suit your theme.

Step 3

Ice, Pipe or mask your celebration cakes/cupcakes, It really couldn't be easier.

This recipe will cover Approx. 12 standard size cupcakes or 1x 8" Round cake.
