175g Margarine
175g Caster sugar
3 Medium eggs
175g Self Raising flour
1 tsp Baking powder (065728)
½ tsp Vanilla essence (54385)
Chocolate Cupcakes
175g Margarine
175g Caster sugar
3 Medium eggs
150g Self Raising flour
1 tsp Baking powder (065728)
½ tsp Vanilla essence (54385)
25g Cocoa powder
Method

Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas 4

Place your chosen cupcake cases into the tin.

Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat well until the mixture is light in colour and fluffy.

Divide equally between cupcake cases and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool completely on cooling rack.
