Cocoa butter can be used in making many different desserts and treats. Simply melt in microwave and add to your chocolate, mousse etc. When cool, cocoa butter will solidify again.
Mixed with dust colours, it is ideal for creating a painted design on your cake. Mix with cocoa for cocoa painting which will create a sepia effect.
Use for frying - it has a great natural taste, A great vegetarian alternative to gelatine.
