560g Icing sugar

150g Dark Chocolate (6192 or 6195)
Make up a cake batter using a 3 egg recipe, We used a Red Velvet recipe for the perfect Valentine look but you can use any recipe you like.
Spray the two tins evenly with Cake Star cake release spray and divide the mixture between the tins.
Bake for Approx. 25-30 mins (or until you can insert a cake tester and it comes out clean)
Allow the cakes to cool completely before levelling them.
Mix 110g of margarine with 220g of icing sugar for your buttercream and add in pink colouring (add a little at a time until you achieve the colour you desire)
Pipe the pink buttercream into the centre of the cakes and sandwich together (Make sure the cake with two ridges is on top)
Place the cake in the centre of your board, then mix together 170g margarine with 340g of icing sugar and melt the dark chocolate. Once melted mix into the buttercream.
Buttercream the whole cake and using your preferred deisgn of side scraper gently move it around the sides of the cake and on top.
Finish off with a single strawberry or any other decoration to create your own design!
