Teacakes (Homemade or brought)

Step 1

Roll out the Red sugarpaste to around 3mm thick, Cut out a circle of sugarpaste with a 50mm cutter. Using some glue fix the Red sugarpaste circles over half of each teacake.

Step 2

Roll a cone shape of the Red sugarpaste to create the beak of the robin. Stick to the teacake with glue.

Step 3

For the wings, Roll out the chocolate sugarpaste to around 3mm thick. Cut rectangles with rounded corners to create the wings and fix to the side of the teacakes with glue.

Finally, Add the eyes by rolling very small balls of Black sugarpaste and fix with glue.
