You Will Need
1 Ripe banana
2 Eggs
Low fat cooking spray
Flavourings may also be added is desired.
You can also use metal cookie cutters to create different shaped pancakes.
For the pancakes

Mash up the banana well then whisk in the 2 eggs. Flavourings if desired should be added at this point.

Spray a non stick pan with the low fat spray, Spoon a dessert spoon of mixture into the pan and cook on each side for 30 seconds. 

Serve with strawberries, blueberries, grapes etc. for the perfect healthy pancake day! 

Using Cutters

To shape your pancakes, Cook as above then once removed from pan and cooled slightly. Cut out shapes using our range of metal cookie cutters. 

A great way to involve the kids by letting them cut out their favourite shapes before eating!
