This tub of dark chocolate ganache is perfect for filling, piping or pouring, onto cakes, gateaux, desserts etc.
700g tub of dark chocolate ganache.
Ready to use, either whip to fill sponge cakes and to pipe onto cupcakes, or warm through in microwave (800w. approx. 20secs to spread and a further 10 secs to pour over or coat larger cakes).
Also ideal to bind sponge for cake pop centres or make centres for chocolate truffles, sweets etc.and a delicious topping for ice cream!
Keep refrigerated before and after opening. This is especially important during hot weather. Can also be frozen.
