Create scary monster cupcakes this Halloween using a range of nozzles along with our Colour Splash gels and edible sugar eyes!
Colour half the sponge mixture black, and half orange. Place both colours into each cupcake case at random, to approximately ¾ of the way up the case. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 180ºC. Leave to cool.
Divide buttercream into bowls and add various gel colours of your choice to the buttercream. Place nozzles into piping bags, adding buttercream.
Pipe monster faces using selection of nozzles. Add eyes, and if wished, mouth and teeth detail to complete.
