500g pot of white macaron mix, Ideal for wedding/party favours.
Use with the Pavoni silicone macaron mat which has raised circles on to ensure you get perfectly uniform macarons.
500g pot will make Approx. 100 macarons.
Put 500g macaron mix and 110/120ml of hot water in a bowl or mixer and mix on a medium speed for 5 mins, Place the mixture into an icing bag and pipe 3cm circles onto the Pavoni silicone macaron mat or onto some greaseproof paper.
Leave for 1 hour until a crust forms (touching the dough should not stick to finger). Put in the oven at 150°C for 12-15 mins.
