This hugely popular white chocolate modelling paste is manufactured in Italy and is highly regarded by sugarcrafters for it's excellent modelling properties and fantastic chocolate taste.
Containing 33% White Chocolate, this modelling paste is very pliable and can be worked without cracking. It is comparable with Saracino's 'Pasta Model', and similarly it is great for moulding, and can be be rolled so thin, it makes it exceptional for use with cutters in order to create realistic sugar flowers and leaves.
Similarly, due to it's high chocolate content, this modelling paste needs to be handled with care, as variations in temperature can affect the way the properties of the modelling paste works. If it is too hot then the paste can become too soft to work. Like all Saracino modelling pastes, it hardens quite quickly but does not dry out. This means that you can work quickly with it, but also correct any imperfections with ease.
Colour with concentrated paste colours, or mix with any pre-coloured ready to roll icing.
The paste comes in a resealable pot with inner bag to maintain freshness and is best stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
