This hugely popular dark blue modelling paste is manufactured in Italy and is highly regarded by sugarcrafters for it's premium modelling properties.
Containing cocoa butter, this modelling paste is extremely elastic and can be worked without cracking. This allows it to be used for fine moulding, and can be used for delicate work such as laces, moulds and small flowers. Because it can be rolled so thin, it makes it exceptional for use with cutters in order to create realistic sugar flowers and leaves.
Similarly, due to it's cocoa butter content, Saracino modelling paste hardens quickly but does not dry out. This means that you can work quickly with it, but also correct any imperfections with ease.
The paste comes in a resealable pot with inner bag to maintain freshness and is best stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
