Spray the mat with a cake release spray very sparingly. Wipe with kitchen roll to remove excess. Roll out sugarpaste on a work surface dusted sparingly with icing sugar to prevent sticking. Place the mat over the top, and use smoother firmly to create an imprint.
Note:- Either side of the mat may be used - one side will give a raised impression, and the other side will give a recessed design. Cut paste to suit chosen design.
Mat may be used with sugarpaste, chocolate, and buttercream which has been allowed to crust over first.
Wash in warm soapy water and dry flat. Do not use in a dishwasher.
