This 1kg Craft Company Salted Caramel Cake Mix is ideal for home baking and last-minute cake orders! Simply add water for a delicious brownie.
Made in the UK, this high-quality salted caramel cake mix only requires you to add water and oil, so there is no need for eggs. This helps saves you time and money, whilst delivering excellent (and delicious!) results.
This cake mix takes all of the efforts out of baking. Simply add water and oil using the instructions for use, in order to quickly and easily make a delicious salted caramel cake.
Makes a 9" or 8" cake.
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to Gas Mark 2 / 150oC
- Line a 9” or 8” round or square baking tin with greaseproof paper
- Add 400ml of water and 200ml of vegetable oil per 1kg of cake mix
- Beat by hand or with a mixer on medium speed for approximately 5 minutes
- Pour into tin and bake for approximately 50-55 minutes (if you have an extra hot oven reduce temperature slightly after 35 minutes)
- To ensure cake is baked, gently insert a thin skewer in the middle of the cake until it comes out clean
- Leave to cool in tin

I used the mix to make 24 medium sized cupcakes and a round sponge cake. The flavour is exceptional and when paired with Lotus Biscoff Speculoos spread as a filling - Absolutely Divine. Everyone commented on how delicious the cakes were.

I brought this mix to test for a wedding cake sponge, it really is so delicious, light and fluffy when following the instructions provided. The couple have decided that this is the cake they want as they loved it, we are filling with a salted caramel frosting and topping with either icing or a butter cream, that bit has not been decided yet, but this cake mix is a 5 recipe, I cannot recommend it highly enough, absolutely beautiful mix, very yummy indeed, I will be back soon to buy again to make the official big day cake !

For Next Working Day Delivery please ensure that Express Delivery is selected and that your order is placed before 2pm. Please be aware that this is a working day service and does not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. If you wish to return unwanted products from your order then please simply please email info@craftcompany.co.uk with details of your name, contact phone number, order number, date of order, items to be returned and the reason for returning. When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice along with details of which items are being returned and the reason for returning. We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.
