These chocolate modelling pastes can be used to make models, flowers and figures just like any other modelling paste. Containing either Belgian couverture, or high-quality Italian chocolate, these pastes from Squire's Kitchen and Saracino are both made using the finest ingredients. Their high chocolate content ensure that they are pliable and easy to work. These pastes can be modelled or used in moulds without cracking, and they can be rolled thinly which makings them ideal for use with sugarcraft cutters. The pastes can be used with concentrated gel or paste food colours, and can be mixed in a 50:50 split with sugar paste or marzipan in order to cover cakes.
