Step 1

Make Santa’s workshop using your choice of design, following the easy instructions given with the cutter set -

Colour ¾ of the flower/modelling paste brown. Roll out paste to approx. 2mm thick. The front, back and sides may be textured with the wood mat, and the roof with the scales/tiles mat. Cut out pieces - You will need 2x roof, 2x side, 1x front, 1x back. Cut out a door and windows if required. Leave to dry flat.

Step 2

Fix the pieces together when completely dry. Use royal icing coloured brown for this. Pieces may need to be supported by bits of foam whilst drying. Roll out some of the spare white paste, and cut a base, just slightly larger. Fix workshop carefully onto base. (The workshop will be easier to move if you make a base).

Step 3

Decorate with white royal icing for the snow, make a wreath above the door using the Christmas nonpareils. Spray with silver glitter. Place onto cake.

Step 4

Make lettering with the Push Easy cutters. Use a single colour of choice, or, as we did, combine red, green and white paste for a marbled effect, roll and cut out.

Add figurines and reindeer ribbon to complete!
