Used this with the luxury lemon cake mix for a birthday cake. The Swiss meringue turned out so very silky smooth with a natural lemon flavour. The key is to beat for as long as packaging says. I used 250g which was more than enough for a 6 two layer cake.

When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice along with details of which items are being returned and the reason for returning. We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.
