Culpitt Select Gingerbread Mix – 1kg

Made in the UK, this high-quality mix only requires you to add water. This helps saves you time and money, whilst delivering excellent (and delicious!) results.

This 1kg Culpitt Select Gingerbread Mix takes all of the efforts out of baking. Simply add water using the instructions for use, in order to quickly and easily make a batch of delicious gingerbread biscuits.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 155°C. Place 500g of biscuit mix into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 50ml of water to the mixture and stir in with a wooden spoon or spatula until a dough is formed.
  3. Knead the dough for approx. 3 minutes until it feels smooth then roll out on baking parchment to desired thickness and cut shapes as required.
  4. Bake at 155°C for approx. 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
  5. Once cooled remove from greaseproof paper. When completely cooled, store in an airtight container.

Flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin); sugar; vegetable shortening; glucose; ground ginger; whole dried EGG; colour: E150d; raising agent: E500

Order Times

For Next Working Day Delivery please ensure that Express Delivery is selected and that your order is placed before 2pm. Please be aware that this is a working day service and does not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and before 2pm on Monday will be dispatched for delivery Tuesday.

We aim to dispatch orders ASAP, although sometimes Standard Delivery orders will take up until the specified shipping time. Please allow for this when placing your order and ensure that you select the appropriate shipping method to receive your order in time.

Returns

If you wish to return unwanted products from your order then please simply please email info@craftcompany.co.uk with details of your name, contact phone number, order number, date of order, items to be returned and the reason for returning. When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice along with details of which items are being returned and the reason for returning. We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.

Please Note: Customised or personalised items are excluded from the regulations and cannot be returned. Due to food safety concerns, ready-made cakes are not subject to return unless considered faulty or not fit for purpose.
