Baked with Love Plain Sponge Cake Mix 1kg

Baked with Love Sponge Cake Mixes are quick and easy to use, just follow the 3 simple steps to get excellent results every time!

You will need:

  • 1kg cake mix
  • 350g whole egg - approx. 7 medium size eggs
  • 300g vegetable oil
  • 225g water

Instructions for use:

  • Step 1: Mix eggs, oil, water and cake mix in a bowl, whisk by hand or electric mixer for 2-3 mins, until smooth and creamy.
  • Step 2: If desired, add chocolate chips, nuts or fruit pieces and blend through gently until evenly distributed.
  • Step 3: Divide into tins, trays or cupcake cases and bake in a pre-heated oven using the guidelines below.
  • Lined tins & trays - 180C / 160C Fan / Gas Mark 4 for 30-35 mins.
  • Cupcakes - 180C / 160C Fan / Gas Mark 4 for 20-25 mins.

    • Please note that these instructions are a guide only and may require changes to fit individual conditions.

    One pack makes 4 x 7" cakes or 40 cupcakes.

Sugar; fortified WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, niacin, iron, folic acid, thiamin); modified starch; vegetable oil (rapeseed); raising agents: E450(i), E500(ii); emulsifiers: E477, E471, E475; salt; whey powder (MILK); whole EGG powder

Order Times

For Next Working Day Delivery please ensure that Express Delivery is selected and that your order is placed before 2pm. Please be aware that this is a working day service and does not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and before 2pm on Monday will be dispatched for delivery Tuesday.

We aim to dispatch orders ASAP, although sometimes Standard Delivery orders will take up until the specified shipping time. Please allow for this when placing your order and ensure that you select the appropriate shipping method to receive your order in time.

Returns

If you wish to return unwanted products from your order then please simply please email info@craftcompany.co.uk with details of your name, contact phone number, order number, date of order, items to be returned and the reason for returning. When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice along with details of which items are being returned and the reason for returning. We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.

Please Note: Customised or personalised items are excluded from the regulations and cannot be returned. Due to food safety concerns, ready-made cakes are not subject to return unless considered faulty or not fit for purpose.
