What size cake board should I use for an 8" cake?
A 10" board is ideal for an 8" sponge cake, so 2" larger than your cake is a general recommendation. (3" larger for fruit cakes for the extra support for heavier ingredients.) There are no fixed rules though. Choose a board that gives your cake a nice frame to help show it off!

What size cake box do I need to use with this board?
14" cake boards ideally require 14" cake boxes, so choose the same size box as your cake board for a perfect fit, or try a cake board and box combo.

Order Times

For Next Working Day Delivery please ensure that Express Delivery is selected and that your order is placed before 2pm. Please be aware that this is a working day service and does not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and before 2pm on Monday will be dispatched for delivery Tuesday.

We aim to dispatch orders ASAP, although sometimes Standard Delivery orders will take up until the specified shipping time. Please allow for this when placing your order and ensure that you select the appropriate shipping method to receive your order in time.

Returns

If you wish to return unwanted products from your order then please simply please email info@craftcompany.co.uk with details of your name, contact phone number, order number, date of order, items to be returned and the reason for returning. When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice along with details of which items are being returned and the reason for returning. We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.

Please Note: Customised or personalised items are excluded from the regulations and cannot be returned. Due to food safety concerns, ready-made cakes are not subject to return unless considered faulty or not fit for purpose.
