These strong white food safe cardboard box bases are suitable for all types of cakes. Carry birthday cakes, everyday sponges, elaborate individual wedding tiers and more. Culpitt boxes are a professional, traditional way to package and transport cakes easily. 

If you're running a cake business, spare disposable 6" tall box bases are often handy for storing cakes during production when you may not need a lid at all, so a supply of bases only are a great value option with no waste.

For taller cakes, these boxes can also be used with extender corners for additional height before adding a lid.

Keep your cake perfectly protected with a plain white 8-inch square cake box base. They are a solid, reliable foundation for your cake.

At a standard 6-inches tall, these are well suited to a single-tier cake and pair beautifully with any of our matching lids — functional plain white lids, decorative windowed lids or fully transparent display lids. These are available separately in packs of 10.

Alternatively, you can use these boxes without lids at all.

Box bases are made from thick food safe white cardboard with a subtle sheen finish. Easy to assemble using the pre-cut slot-together side tabs.

Order Times

For Next Working Day Delivery please ensure that Express Delivery is selected and that your order is placed before 2pm. Please be aware that this is a working day service and does not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and before 2pm on Monday will be dispatched for delivery Tuesday.

We aim to dispatch orders ASAP, although sometimes Standard Delivery orders will take up until the specified shipping time. Please allow for this when placing your order and ensure that you select the appropriate shipping method to receive your order in time.

Returns

If you wish to return unwanted products from your order then please simply please email info@craftcompany.co.uk with details of your name, contact phone number, order number, date of order, items to be returned and the reason for returning. When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice along with details of which items are being returned and the reason for returning. We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.

Please Note: Customised or personalised items are excluded from the regulations and cannot be returned. Due to food safety concerns, ready-made cakes are not subject to return unless considered faulty or not fit for purpose.
