Whatever the occasion may be, be assured that you can bake a delicious Christmas Cake, Birthday Cake, or any other sponge cake that is ready to be decorated by your creative ideas. Use more than one sized tin to create extra large tiered cakes for weddings or family parties - we recommend using tins at least 2" larger than the next to make stacking easier, for example a 6" cake would sit on a 8" cake, which could sit on a 10" cake.
This sponge cake pan is durable and easy to clean – simply use warm soapy water.
For best results we recommend using a baking belt found here, dampen the strips in water and wrap around the cake tin. Combined with the professional quality of the PME metal cake tins this will ensure your cakes come out the oven level every time without cracking or domed tops.
