First time using this brand. Was surprised at the initial state of the product as it was extremely crumbly when taken out of the packet with bits dropping off everywhere. Was a bit dismayed as any other fondant Ive used has always been a firm block before kneading. Persevered and after more kneading than usual, created a lovely finish with a strong colour.

When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice along with details of which items are being returned and the reason for returning.
