Bakers Select Golden Genoese Cake Mix - 12.5kg
This 12.5kg bulk pack of Golden genoese cake mix is perfect when baking multiple cakes or cupcakes for any occasion.
Simply add oil and water and bake delicious light genoese cake, with a light buttery taste.
Bakes evenly and flat, so less trimming required. Offers a moist crumb structure, with a stable texture.
Stays fresh for 5-7 days. One pack will bake 25x 8" dia x 2" cakes.
For approx. 8" dia x 2" (D) cake:
Add 200ml water & 4 tbsps oil to 500g cake mix and mix for 1 min on slow. Scrape around your mixing bowl then beat for 4 mins on medium.
Add another 85g of water and beat on slow for 2 mins. Place mixture into lined cake tin and bake on 170ºC for 45-50 mins.

Order Times
For Next Working Day Delivery please ensure that Express Delivery is selected and that your order is placed before 2pm. Please be aware that this is a working day service and does not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and before 2pm on Monday will be dispatched for delivery Tuesday.

Returns
If you wish to return unwanted products from your order then please simply please email info@craftcompany.co.uk with details of your name, contact phone number, order number, date of order, items to be returned and the reason for returning. When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice along with details of which items are being returned and the reason for returning. We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.
