Vanilla Cupcakes
175g Margarine
175g Caster sugar (06843003)
3 Medium eggs
175g Self Raising flour (06843006)
1 tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Vanilla essence (5572)
Chocolate Cupcakes
175g Margarine
175g Caster sugar (06843003)
3 Medium eggs
150g Self Raising flour (06843006)
1 tsp Baking powder 
½ tsp Vanilla essence (5572)
25g Cocoa powder

Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas 4

Place your chosen cupcake cases into the tin.

Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat well until the mixture is light in colour and fluffy. Add any flavourings or colours to the mix once all ingredients are combined.

Divide equally between cupcake cases and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool completely on cooling rack.
