This 500g pack of delicious Sugar & Crumbs Raspberry Ripple flavoured icing sugar is perfect when you want to make tasty treats with a traditional raspberry flavour.
One pack will make enough buttercream for 24-48 cupcakes (depending on coverage)
For buttercream: Place 250g of softened butter into a mixing bowl and mix for several minutes until light and fluffy. Add half of the icing sugar to the butter and beat. Add the remaining icing sugar plus a tablespoon of milk and beat until light, fluffy and smooth. Colouring may be added if desired.
Pipe onto your cupcakes or use as a filling and/or topping in any larger cake.
Also delicious used for icing to cover a cake/cupcakes, and in macaroons, meringues, fudge and for dusting.
