You Will Need
Cupcakes baked in white cases (2216)
Buttercream
Colour Splash Food Colouring Gel Set-Tropical (750CST)

Medium Sugar Soft Roses-White-38mm-Box of 20 (21305)

Step 1

Dust roses in orange, sunflower and blush. Place to one side.

Add your nozzle to a piping bag and turn inside out. Using two colours at a time pipe a small line down the inside of the piping bag and then turn back out and fill with buttercream. This will create the two tone effect in the piped swirl.

We piped: Green & Pink, Green & Orange and Green & Lemon.

Step 2

Once the buttercream has set slightly, add a contrasting rose as decoration (Green & Pink with Orange rose, Green & Orange with Yellow rose & Green & Lemon with Pink rose)

 

Step 3

Altenatively, Split your buttercream 4 ways and colour each with Green, Lemon, Pink & Orange. Place buttercream into seperate sheets of cling film and wrap into a sausage shape, snip the ends off. 

Place all four cling film sausages into a piping bag fitted with a 1M nozzle, and pipe 4 tone swirls onto your cupcakes.
