This pretty flower design cake is ideal for any garden themed celebration.

For this, we used:

Step 1:

Colour the white sugarpaste with Pistachio gel food colouring to a light shade.

Step 2:

Place cake onto green board and cover with paste. Cut off around bottom edge and neaten. Allow to dry. (Reserve the leftover paste).

Step 3:

Dilute both the pistachio and lime food colouring gels with rejuvenator spirit, and paint leaves up the side of the cake all around.

Step 4:

Using leftover green paste, make a variety of different sized flower stems. Do this by making elongated cone shapes. Fix around the side of the cake randomly, straight or curved.

Step 5:

Choose colours for your flowers, and colour a small amount of modelling paste in 6 different shades of Colour Splash food colouring gels.

Step 6:

Use Push Easy Flower Cutters to cut and emboss each of the 6 flowers.

Fix to side of cake with edible glue.
