Sugar is an essential ingredient for all kinds of cake making and we stock every type of sugar to suit your baking needs. From caster and royal to icing sugar, we have just what you need for everyday baking. In addition, our natural and unrefined sugars are also fantastic to use with dark chocolate and fruit cakes for a rich and intense flavour. We also stock flavoured icing sugars by Sugar and Crumbs. Available in unique flavours, they can either be added to your buttercream icings, or you can add water to create an icing sugar for drizzling over your cakes and cupcakes.
